Olga was great. She show'd us LOTS of places on the island with various features, price points, and locations. I did a lot of research a head of time and sent her a spreadsheet of places I wanted to see and she got us into all of them over a few days while visiting the island. She then helped us all the way to closing while we were 1,000 miles away by going above and beyond our expectations. Once closed, she helped us with getting utilities setup, finding some local services, and made sure we were able to get settled. Overall, an amazing experience with Olga as our realtor.

Olga was one of the only agents to respond to emails and after a phone call she set us up to receive listings on available properties. I found a few we were interested in, let her know when we would be in town and asked her to show us what was available. She got us in, explained the pro's and con's of each and gave us space to talk about it. Dh3 also showed us some we hadn't selected but that would fit our criteria. Once we decided on a property she got us thru the process seamlessly, at a good price and with no hiccups. If we buy in the area again we will call on Olga!

After making the decision to move and sale our family home we were having problems finding a property in the SPI area. Property was moving quickly and we needed an agent who knew the area and moved fast.
