When we met olga for the first time it was in a open house, in the brief conversation we had she came across as a knowledgeable agent. We decided to request her service and it was the best decision we made in our journey to a new home for our family. She took the time to get to know our needs/wants and worked together with our loan officer to find out what were our best options on homes to make an offer that would make us stand out. She was honest and would let us know if the home we were looking was an option for us, she kept us focus on our target. She would run comparable on houses in the area and gave us a clear picture regarding pricing of the house. She was available most of the time we needed her, that was excellent considering I have an unusual schedule and would promptly respond our messages and phone calls. On our final offer we got a house that I consider to be a million dollar house at a discounted price. We got a home that met 90% of our needs/wants i consider this a win, we are extremely happy with our purchase. Working with olga made the process so much easier and enjoyable. She was there on times where we could not and help the process and deal continue with out any issues. If we are ever in the market again for another property she would always be our first choice and she should be yours too.
