I was immediately impressed with the way she presented herself, very professionally and yet personal.<br/><br/>Firs, she went out of her way taking a beautiful photo of my Long Beach home to do a professional presentation and evaluation for me even before I signed with her. This helped me decide to sign with her and the rest is history!<br/><br/>I decided to sign with her on that faithful Sunday, she listed on Monday and she had buyers on Tuesday. Thursday she featured my little home at her networking meeting bringing agents and buyers to my home that day, which produced a few more buyers. Two potential buyers put earnest money down. That led to a bidding war, which drove the price of my home up. Olga has helped us with our purchase of real estate over the last 6 yrs. She was always available to view property and we spent much time looking. My husband and I began looking for our home sometime in April of 2012. We’d been to many open houses, but no one impressed me us much as Olga did when I first met her; it was at an open house. Olga and my husband & I looked at many homes and made several offers, but we were always out bid by cash investors. It was very frustrating. After 4 months of home searching my husband and I decided to take a break. Unbeknownst to me, Olga continued the search. After a couple of months, I received a call from Olga asking me to see a home in Long Beach. I took one look at the house and fell in love. It was our dream home! I could not believe she found our dream home in Long Beach near my mother’s and sister’s home AND it was a foreclosure which made it affordable!
