We hired Olga to sell our condo after she was highly recommended by a friend. Best move we ever made. Olga worked very hard for us, working with buyers' agents, lenders, photographers, digital staging, etc. and as a result the place sold quickly. She constantly kept us up to date on the process, with weekly updates at a minimum, sometimes more. She did all this work in spite of the relatively small commission on the sale - a small condo worth less than $500k. Even with that relatively modest financial incentive, I really felt she put her heart and soul into working for us. I honestly have nothing but praise after working with her.
