Olga helped me find my home in Little Elm. She took the time to find out all of my requirements and helped me look at homes in several areas. She found me a great deal in a great neighborhood. She went above and beyond and was extremely aggressive in working to find me a great place that met all my needs and exceeded my expectations. The place she found wasn't even a normal listing but rather non traditional, it was off market and had a great price that allowed me to enjoy an instant equity in a highly competitive market. It was a very difficult process to bring it to the closing but Olga handled all issues and held my hand each step of the way. I learned a lot in the process. She also helped me with selling my previous home and with her help I was able to get a great price that allowed me to transition into a better area and a much nicer home than I planned. Olga also helped me with setting up movers and carpet cleaners to help make moving into my new home a seamless experience. Definitely First class service.
