As a first time home buyer, I was always nervous about my lack of knowledge and the real estate industry. Of course, I had more than enough questions (mostly common knowledge for a homeowner) and despite that, Olga always remained calm and collected. She would always respond in a timely manner, was extremely patient, and never gave even the slightest impression that she was annoyed with us, or our questions. She did beyond her job description, and if she was ever unsure of something, she went the extra mile to figure it out and get to the bottom of a solid answer. The cherry on top was that in one of the most difficult markets known to us, she found us a home that was a dream, and we were able to get it under the asking price! 10/10 would recommend, and will definitely be using her for future sales and purchases! Definitely someone I can trust to always be honest and helpful.
