Olga is awesome. She actively marketed the house. We had two showings in two weeks, and the second showing was the charm. Somebody made an offer on the spot. And she priced the house just right. I didn't think I would get that much for it, but I did. It was priced competitively with the neighborhood, but it was also a corner house. Which actually concerned me enough that I considered dropping the price, but she talked me down from the ledge and assured me it was priced right, and she was right. Some other agents might have gone along with dropping the price since it would have meant a faster sell and quicker commission. She didn't. She was doing what an agent should and looked out for her client's best interest.
