I worked with Olga to buy my Escala condo. My boyfriend and I actually looked at a number of new units before purchasing the first resale in the building. Olga was wonderful during the entire process - she was patient, knowledgeable, extremely friendly, always available and made us feel comfortable every step of the way (first time buyers). She chatted on the phone with our lender when we had questions about our purchase/loan and even spent time with my parents to show them the building and answer questions.
