Olga represented us as buyers in the "house hunt" from November 2021 to the finish line in April 2022. The situation on the market was really crazy with skyrocketing prices, increasing rates, and low inventory. And even in such a situation, Olga was able to help us find the house we love, and that fits all our picky points (location, schools, flat backyard, etc.). She was not pushing us to buy a house ASAP to close the deal. On the contrary - she was pointing out all the pros and cons and was listening to our concerns and "feelings" about each house. We felt comfortable and confident during the whole process, from our first tour to multiple offers to finally closing the deal. Olga is a rock star! At a time when the real estate market was crazy, I am so glad that we had Olga as our realtor. She was extremely helpful from the start to the finish of us buying our new house. The website that she shared with us sent us updated listings several times a day so that we could view prospective houses as soon as they were listed. Olga knew that the best houses would sell quickly, so as soon as I would find a house I wanted to see, she would book a time for us to see it. She was incredibly fast at responding to my texts and calls as well as those of the listing agents and was willing to meet us to see houses multiple times during the week. Olga has over 10 years of experience of real estate in the area, and she knows a TON of things to look for in houses as we walked through. She is very honest about what she sees in the houses, both good and bad. When we were ready to put an offer on a house, she got all of the information she needed from us and our mortgage lender quickly and professionally. She wrote our contract in such a way to make it as appealing as possible to the sellers while protecting our needs as buyers. After our offer was accepted, Olga was a real bulldog with getting the inspection done correctly, the appraisal done on time, and the termite inspection completed, all while communicating with the sellers, lawyers, and loan officers to make sure closing would happen on time without a hitch. At closing Olga again went above and beyond by presenting us with a couple of very meaningful gifts that were completed unexpected. Olga Buchkovsky is an OUTSTANDING realtor in all ways.
