I have countless other examples of her prioritizing our needs — but to save the typing, I can just say that they all end in the same thing: Olesya providing guidance but always urging us to follow our instincts, even if it meant more work for her. In short, I could wax poetic about Olesya for days. In addition to all of the above, she is kind-hearted and very funny. We are so lucky to have her in our corner as someone we can consider a gold-standard professional resource, and a personal life-long friend!
