Great for easy as well as difficult deals

Oleg helped my daughter buy a new home and sell her condo. His strategies for that property got her a price over $30,000 over her asking price. He was excellent during her purchase process as well. I then hired him to help me purchase a condominium. Due to market (stock and real estate) conditions, I had to cancel the transaction. His advice as I navigated that were instrumental in the successful conclusion.
