Oggi was great throughout the whole process of helping us find a home. My husband and I worked with Oggi to sell our condo in downtown SF. He was on top of everything from the start! He is very kind and professional, really cares about your goals. We moved to San Diego about a week before the place went on the market and were totally freaked out, but Oggi was masterful and sold our house in record time, negotiating an sales price that was so high i didn't believe the offer at first. He has a ton of contacts and our open houses were always busy. We also really like that he doesn't use a lock-box for the key, and is present at all showings. Our place was built in 1900 and had a few things that needed explaining (ie could have been major turn offs!) and it was nice he was there to explain stuff to potential buyers.
