Let me tell you something about Oday that you don’t see from other agents. He will be up front with you if he doesn’t like something about a home you are about to sell or buy. Before I purchased my house he was like doing his research on houses in the area to see if they are asking the right price or I needed to offer less. He cares for his clients not to get burned and that takes a lot of time and dedication. Not to brag about Oday but he answered my calls late at night which I have worked with other agents in the past and they will not answer until the next morning they call me.
