Odalys was attentive, knowledgeable, professional, provided the best service I can think of and always hands on. She was there every step of the way explaining things and breaking it down and God knows I ask a lot of questions. She was patient, on time (kept me on time) and made sure I understood things. I have not dealt with my agents in the past except with the selling agent for dads house and I honestly think she was just wanting her money and be gone as opposed to Odalys’s customer service.
