My husband and I were on the hunt to purchase of first home in Rhode Island during and despite dealing with a global pandemic and a wild housing market, Tricia was there for us as a relator every step of the way. Tricia was very knowledgeable of the housing market here locally and was very patient and answered any/all questions we had regarding our home buying experience. She was accomodating with our schedules when it came time to visit houses and attend showings. I really appreciated that! Also, being new to the area, we will also searching for a reputable lender and Tricia was able to provide us with a couple recommendations as well. Tricia was our agent when we bought our first ever house and we couldn’t be happier with all her help. We found the house on Zillow, were immediately connected to her and she was able to schedule a showing on the same day. When we met her for the first time and all other times she always arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. We liked the house right away and wanted to put in an offer but weren’t preapproved. But that wasn’t a problem because Tricia also proceeded to connect us with a great loan officer that same day who was able to get us preapproved that same night. The offer was then submitted and accepted the next day. She helped and guided us carefully throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions. we had. She relayed any issues or questions we had for the sellers immediately so that any issues we had were able to get resolved quickly. We had a question 3 weeks after closing about one of the features of the house and even then she responded quickly and very willingly with the answer. She even gave us a card with a beautiful message on closing day. All in all we couldn’t be happier with our house and with Tricia and all her hard work and help.

The process was very smooth and we got well above our asking price for our home.
