Octavio was with us every step of the way! This is in fact our second home purchase with Octavio, this time we leaned on his amazing team of professionals who closed my loan in what seems like record time! If I find myself or have family or friends looking for an agent I will not hesitate to send them to Octavio!
Octavio was beyond my expectations. Not only did he find the perfect house for my family, he was able to negotiate a price and deal I didn't think would be accepted. He had our best interest in mind and checked in with us so we felt supported. At no point was he overbearing or pushy. I would recommend Octavio to anyone looking to move to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
We currently live in Washington and are making a big move to Arizona. Octavio was amazing with helping us find our dream home from across the country. He made the process so easy and took great care of us!
Octavio is very smart and has excellent skills in current market conditions. He hustled and kept everything moving at a timely pace. He was punctual when we met to view homes. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
