Great experience again with Octavia

Octavia helped us find the home 7years back and was very patience with our budget and choices. Therefore, we contacted her when the time came to sell the house. She did not disappoint! She is great at what she does. She knows the market and gives advise accordingly. She set our expectations and delivered on it. Honest, fair and firm...you would want her on your side either selling or buying. She even communicated all the info to my son when I asked. Always friendly and treated us like family.
