Superb first time home buyer experience!

To begin with I had worked with other realtors over the past 4yrs. that left a bad taste in my mouth; they were not at all listening to the criteria of the things that were important to me (i.e, a big kitchen with an open floor plan that allowed me to interact with my guest & All 4 sides brick in a nice quiet neighborhood). I was also impressed with how well he knew all aspects of the real estate market everything from the market analysis to the nuts and bolts of the home inspection process. I loved the fact that I didn’t have any difficulty staying in contact with Ocie he always committed to staying in touch every day. ( which had not been my experience with the other agents in my past) Finally, I would like to say that he made what would be a very harrowing experience for me one that I can look back on with satisfaction and a smile.
