Ocie J. Murphy is my hero. I put my house up and he was the first to call and always kept me in the loop concerning anything with my house. He was cordial, nice and always honest. AND, not to put too fine a point on it, he got me a CASH deal for $20,000 more than asking. The experience as a first time home seller could not have been better.
