I found Mr. Murphy to be very professional, respectful and responsive to all my requests/needs: He always referred to me as Mrs. Parks, called me whenever he had texted or emailed me something that required my attention/response, he made sure I had copies of all documents and understood what they were, he notified me well in advance of any visits from perspective buyers and ensured I was okay with the scheduled times, he sometimes called me just to see if I had any concerns about the process and if I was doing okay--and he even offered to help me clean my house after I moved out.
