Petra took our sale during a tough time. Interest rates were over 7% but she did such a great job displaying the Condo and showing it to interested buyers that eventually the negative aspects of selling a house in these times were negated and we got a very good deal. She worked hard to price the house at a level for a better sale, staged the property to look elegant and took the time to show it frequently. We were very pleased with all of Petra’s efforts on our behalf!
