I wanted a house within 25 minutes of Buckhead and quick commute to Midtown. She found me a house within 15 minutes of Buckhead and a quick 18 minute drive while being able to live within the parimeter. Had a budget of $550K she found a house for $499K and negotiated it down to $480K. In a sellers market she got the seller to pay $7500 in concessions and I was suprised to find out at closing she also negotiated the seller to pay my warranty. Got to keep all the appliances which is unusual these days and even got to keep some of the other furnishings. Home appraised for 515K so I feel good about the purchase since I will be walking into 35K in equity. This is the 2nd home she has helped me with since 2013. Very knowledgeable and experienced, was quick at noticing and pointing out flaws with some of the homes that we viewed which helped me during the decision process. To say the least will obviously do business with her again.
