Nyssa Baugher

Nyssa helped us to buy our current home and to sell our previous home. When showing us homes she would notice important things that we might have missed and would sometimes make recommendations on how to change something we might not like. She stuck with us (and we weren't easy) until she found us the perfect home. She was there every step of the way during our purchase making sure we understood the paperwork and process. She was always available and quick to respond. As for the sale of our previous home, she helped us by making recommendations as to how to prepare our home to get it ready to be put on the market. Such as suggesting paint colors, tradesmen for repairs and she even lent a hand here and there. Due to the Covid-19 there were many challenges she faced in the whole process such as no stagers working at the time. She solved the problem by doing our staging for us. Her utmost concern through it all was for our safety and we greatly appreciated her efforts and concern.
