Alisha was so helpful and even educated me on things that I didn’t consider when selling our home! She even gave me contacts and assisted with things to finalize how the property would show and we are very grateful! She listed our home and it as under contract within 24 hours. Thank you 🤎
Alishia made my house buying experience such a breeze! She was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. She literally helped me every step of the way. She even answered questions I had after I purchased my home. She made sure I understood everything that was being told to me. I really appreciate she for everything!
The title said it all. She was so patient and caring. I never felt alone in this process. She took her time to walk me through and educated me along the way. I appreciate her so much.
She assured me that I would close within 30days of selling my home and also assured me that I would have offers within hours. She did just that! She assisted with handling repairs and all buyers request. She continued to update me on each step with selling my home.
Nylsa was helpful, knowledge during and after the sale. I'm glad I found her for my home buying needs
Mrs. Clemons went above and beyond as our agent. She was always available and very knowledgeable on every aspect of buying the home that was perfect for us!
Mrs. Clemons is punctual, very diligent, professional, always two steps ahead, a phenomenal multitasker, extremely patient, and you can clearly tell how much of a high regard she holds each and everyone of her clients in.
We are originally from Indiana and got in contact with Nylsa in February 2021 through a co-worker. We had specific timeframes in mind, a laundry list of expectations, and Nylsa was so patient with us. We scheduled for a 3 day weekend in March to rapidly search for a house. Again, Nylsa was so patient with us, and help to show us homes from Jacksonville, Oak Leaf Plantation, Orange Park, St. John’s County, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Nassau County, and more. She helped us to understand our options from building versus buying an already built house. Within our 3 days we found a house, made an offer, and she helped us negotiate a fair price per the appraisal. Nylsa is very personable and understanding through this process. She spoke to us either by call or text almost every day leading to our closing. She followed up with us after we moved in to help make sure we were settled and even had a few treats for the kids to help keep them occupied. I can’t say enough good things about Nylsa. She’s like family now!
My family and I relocated from Indianapolis. During this entire long distance process our realtor went above and beyond. She was pleasant, informative and genuinely caring from the time we met, up until the day we closed. With this insane market she made sure to not miss a beat at all. Alisha (Nylsa) has truly become family and we could not imagine taking our business else where. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home! She is not only personable but she knows her stuff! Thank you thank you again.
