NYKISHA PIERCE

We were moving from Georgia to Fayetteville and were nervous we wouldn’t find anyone like our realtor there. We were pleasantly surprised when we met Nykisha! The first day we were able to look at houses was a small window on a Sunday afternoon, and she took time out of her personal day to show us a few houses and go over good locations. She saw us through a failed foreclosure purchase and took even more time to help us find a new house that we could love and grow in. The house we bought, we didn’t even get to go up and look at but we trusted her to know exactly what we wanted by that point. We put an offer down and she still went by and gave us a video tour! She dealt with all of our questions and even kept in contact after hours with updates and just to check in on us. She is a freakin gem and if you’re looking for house she is your GIRL, she searches high and low and is always transparent about everything. We are so so so thankful for Nykisha, we wouldn’t have this adorable new house without her! She truly cares about her people.
