Nydia sold our primary home, a rental home we remodeled and helped us to find our current home. She is very proactive anticipating every step of the process and communicates updates with the right frequency. She stays on top of the required documents and facilitates the signing of documents by sending them electronically and allowing them to be signed electronically. This is a great convenience! She puts in the time with frequent open houses and was incredibly helpful staging the house and with the photos. She sold the homes at the asking price in less than a month. It was an excellent experience working with Nydia. My wife and I have come to appreciate her and now consider her as a great friend!
