This is the second home that Kari has sold for us, and both were fantastic experiences. She assisted us in getting the homes ready for market including helping us with color paint suggestions for the rooms, areas to focus on that would maximize resale, and help with staging the rooms. She helped us with a thorough review of comparable properties that allowed us to price the homes for maximum resale value. She did so well promoting the homes prior to going on the market, that we had offers on one of the houses 3 hours after going on the market and the other within 4 days of going on the market. One home sold for more than the appraised market value! Kari is great to work with and I would not use anyone but her to sell my home in the future.
