When we first contacted Kari she was very prompt responding to us. She was genuinely interested in helping us. I called Kari several times to discuss aspects of selling and price considerations. She was always very kind and very responsive to our needs. I felt the asking price should be higher than originally planned and she worked with me and explained her thoughts and accepted my thoughts. Following her advice we put it on the market and sold it within a week. As we received offers she explained positives and negatives of each one.
