Nuvia is the best Realtor in San Diego hands down ! From day one she had excellent communication 24:7 . She would even reply to us in the middle of the night if we had a question . She booked us open houses the second we told her we wanted to see a house . We saw her Atleast 3x a week when looking for a home . Not once was she pushy to just get any home , she was patient and always asked us our wants and needs in a home . We probably saw around 30 houses in less than a month. That is how patient she was. She is very driven and is constantly looking and sending over homes that fit our wants & needs . She gave great feedback to every home we saw (location, age&wear of home, price point, etc) Even when we didn’t have a babysitter, that wouldn’t stop her . She would baby sit my daughter while my husband and I looked at properties . That’s how much she has helped us . And we appreciate her deeply. She is an amazing problem solver & negotiator . During Escrow, she fought for whatever we asked for and ONLY came back with good news, ALWAYS. I admire her for how much she cares about her clients and how much she fights for her clients to have what they want. I couldn’t be happier with how smooth and easy this transaction was. I have worked with other realtors before, but Nuvia will be having me as a return client for my next home in the future. I am so excited to start this new chapter of our lives in our new home , but nothing would have been possible if it weren’t for Nuvia . I HIGHLY recommend her for any first time buyers , investors, or return buyers . She is a great realtor and there aren’t enough words to describe how great she is at her job .
