He helped me mulch and solved a last minute problem when a tree branch came down just before the professional photographer was to arrive for listing photos. While working with our budget, we wanted to stay close to family, and also have easy commuting access to work. After only a couple of weeks, we found a home that checks all of our boxes. Also, had we not used John as our agent, we may not have had our first offer accepted; an almost completely unheard of situation in this current market!
