I have been hesitant to give a review but you keep requesting one so I will. Obviously, I benefited from the fact that Jane had buyers who had just sold their home in California and were moving to Hot Springs Village to care for their parents. They loved my home and appreciated the quality of construction. They had the cash and offered $5,000 below my asking price and I accepted. I have two issues with Jane. Although she represented both the buyer and seller, she never came to my home to meet me. I was there for nine days before closing yet, I didn't meet Jane until the afternoon at closing. Secondly, I never felt that Jane appreciated the quality of construction of my house. She only seemed to be concerned with age and square footage of my house. She ran comps and the average came out to be $251,000. She wanted me to list the house at $255,000. I told her to list the house at $275,000. I found Jane to be pleasant and it seems she has a network of contacts that makes her a successful agent.
It was so wonderful working with Jane. She is extremely knowledgeable... a true resource. She answered our questions before we thought to ask! We chatted several times on the phone before we arrived in Hot Springs Village. She really listened to us and to what we wanted. The very first house she showed us is the one we bought. A perfect match! Not only is Jane a skilled agent she is also a fabulous person. Jane is the WHOLE package! We can't rave enough about her.
