I had absolutely zero idea what I was doing in any aspect of buying a house. Dale helped me through every step of the process and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I was in the market to downsize from my very large home. Of course, I immediately started to search online by myself, enlisted the assistance of someone else, but I could not get an offer accepted by a seller, after numerous attempts.
