Noyal was very knowledgeable about the market and showed us homes with everything we wished for plus more. We were out of state buyers so he was very helpful in providing us information about the areas we were looking at to buy a house. Once we found our house, he was always available to communicate with us about the dealings and documentation as we couldn’t be there for some of the inspections, so he communicated to us everything as our representative.
