Norm was our agent during our purchase of our home. Throughout the entire process he was excellent, from setting expectations and needs to locating a house and a desirable location, to walking us through the pros and cons of each aspect of home types to sending us a range of houses varying in price and location within our parameters. He continued to follow up and join us in visiting houses and educating us on various aspects that were important to keep an eye out for; don't sweat the minor details like paint jobs, but pay attention to any cracking, sagging, or low water pressure! During the actual purchasing process Norm continually followed up with the seller/seller agent, the loan processors, the escrow agents, and reached out to a number of contractors/electricians/plumbers to get things ready for us to start work the instant we closed. Even after closing he was completely available and checked in often as well as supplied additional information and walked us through the next steps, from minute details like transferring and taking over utilities, to reaching out and getting estimates for improvements. We ended up purchasing a 70 year-old home in San Marino and we were feeling a little overwhelmed by the number of items that might need work. Norm was there to reassure us and guide us through things to keep us sane. Norm is thoughtful, courteous, insightful, and easily available, and works very hard for his clients. He has integrity always looks out for the main goal; get his client into a house they love. I would highly recommend him.

We bought our condo 9 years ago with Norm. He has managed our place when we moved to abroad and helped us find tenants. We are truly grateful to have Norm assist us with buying, renting, and finally selling it. He has been patient and very thorough with everything. We look forward to finding a new place with him.
