Norman & Karen Lucas

I can't say enough about Norm and Karen Lucas. Over the past five years, we have worked with numerous realtors, and none have come even close to the experience we had with the Lucas Team. They are the most knowledgeable, efficient and truthful realtors we've ever worked with. You can count on the fact that Norm will give you the whole truth, even when it's not in his own best interest. And you can also count on the fact that at least one of them is available to help you at any time, or at least respond to you very quickly. They almost always know the answer and if they don't, they will go out of their way to find out for you. And what the other reviews say about them being full service is absolutely correct. After closing the purchase of our house, Norm has coordinated with handymen, painters, electricians - you name it! He even made a punch list of repairs for us, which was not an easy task. My husband and I are constantly amazed at all that they continue to do for us. We weren't certain if we'd have them sell our current house because it's a little out of their normal territory, but we decided that after experiencing their quality and level of care, we couldn't possibly go with anyone else.
