"After having my home listed for a year with no sale …..I hired the BEST. The FRENK team! Soon my house sold with their expertise. During the closing process problems arose….without the FRENK team and GLENNIE HEFNER @ Alamo Title I am sure we would not have closed. Just goes to show you how professional and their knowledge and expertise helped in our situation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!"
"My wife, Robin, and I can't say enough about our experience with Norman and Felicity Frenke, they are AWESOME! We are 100% pleased with the process and experience from start to finish! We recommend them without hesitation or reservation!"
"If there was only one thing I could say to capture the way we felt about the entire experience, that would have to be fact that the 6 week process to find a home, buy a home and then sell our existing home felt like it went by in an instant. The Frenks are a testament to the fact that whether you're buying or selling a home, the process can be more enjoyable and memorable than what is customarily a very stressful situation!!!"
"There is no question that the most stressful part of moving is selling your home. Norman and Felicity Frenk made the entire experience so enjoyable that we didn't even feel the customary stress that comes along with selling your home. What truly left an impression on me is that they treated us exactly the same way when I purchased a home a year and a half ago...they truly are the most competent and compassionate realtors I have ever had the privilege of working with!!!"
