For over 20 years, Norma has grown her brokerage across multiple offices in South Texas. Her agents help thousands of families every year in residential, commercial, land, and investment properties.
More than anything, she loves helping agents grow. She’s coached and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals, sharing strategies on lead generation, marketing, and business development. Along the way, she’s picked up a few industry honors, including being named Broker/Owner of the Year three times and earning a spot in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
She is passionate about her Valley roots and RGV community having served on the boards of both the Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS® and Habitat for Humanity of the RGV. With seven offices across South Texas, Norma stays focused on developing her agents, creating opportunities, and helping people succeed in real estate.
