I dont know exactly how many good things I can say about Norma!! She is the best!! We met her via a random open house, and just hit it off with her, and we weren't even looking for a realtor or even a house, just testing the waters. She is so personable!! She helped us narrow down our specific wants and needs. Sending us listings and even calling when there were ones she thought we may really like. Every showing she brought documentation and told us about the house and was always so genuinely happy and helpful! We put her through alot! Lots of questions, concerns, and needs. But she was there!! ALL THE TIME, EVERYTIME. She answered our calls and texts ASAP no matter what time it was. And I would feel guilty but she would always assure us to not worry! Her help knowing the area and helping us narrow down where we wanted was invaluable, since we are kind of new to the area! Never one time did I feel like she was doing this as a job, or we were an inconvenience. She is doing this because she love it, and it shows!! She is just the best and would recommend her to anyone!! She cared about us and finding us the right place, not just making a sale, as many realtors do! This was by far the best buying experience we have ever had! I could not thank her enough for sticking with us through all of our craziness!! If you want a caring, knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated, personable realtor you better call her!! We are so happy with her and our purchase! I am very happy to call her our friend! And as a bonus her husband Charlie is a Loan Officer. And helped me understand the finance side, better then I could have imagined. And he is SUPER Knowledgeable on VA!!They are the best team anyone could ask for!!! I would have every family member I have use Norma! If I were to ever buy again, she is on my speed dial!! USE HER YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
