Norm is the man. We came to him thinking we knew the home we wanted, but after taking a closer second look, we realized it wasn't the right fit. He was always very patient with me and my wife, showing us dozens of homes over approx 3 months. He was never pushy, showing us numerous homes where it almost seemed like he was trying to talk us out of buying - which I appreciated more than he likely knows. We ended up buying a home that needs a little work, but Norm made sure we were mentally prepared to deal with potential issues down the road. He knows his stuff and will give you a good honest quick read on things. He also wasn't afraid to go to battle with the listing agent. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is he is a true professional and a good dude.
