Norm was very experienced and knowledgeable about the area, current market trends and real estate practices. He helped me navigate specific township requirements including actually helping me to complete the necessary forms which were challenging. I needed to replace curbing and sidewalks around my property and he provided a list of local contractors to complete the job. As a result of his prior relationship and work with one particular contractor we were able to hire that contractor and get the requisite work done within the required timeframe. No easy task! He was also very patient and listened to my concerns about pricing. With his advice and guidance, he allayed my fears and ultimately, we ended up obtaining multiple offers over the asking price.
