I first met Norita when I was buy my first home. She was awesome! I did not feel like she was trying to get me to settle. I know there were other offers on the house I ended up buying, and I feel like if it weren't for Norita, I wouldn't have gotten the house. Fast forward almost 4 years later, and I went back to her when it was time to sell that first house. She knew the area, and what it should comp for. She helped to make sure repairs that I needed to do were done. Through the whole process of buying and selling, I can honestly say I view her has a friend now. Through investment properties, I have dealt with other agents, and Norita is the best. I was never worried about paper work not being signed, or missing. Everything was so professional and easy.
