Mrs. Norine was the best person that I could have met this year. and her husband, S/O to Mr. Mike as well. I was searching for my first home this year and I was able to find it with the help of Mrs. Norine. I started my search for purchasing my home in Feb-March. I had met with several realtors in the Tampa Bay Area. However there was no one who I really connected with. I reached out to a very good friend and she connected me with Mrs. Norine. Mrs. Norine would drive from Punta Gorda to Tampa anytime I wanted to see a home or would connect me with a realtor so that they could show me the house. I tried to make sure every drive was worth it, taking into consideration her commute. I worked 2 jobs at the time and she worked with my schedule and limited availability. We looked in different areas as she listened to my needs and wants. She really took care of me. She warned me of things I should be cautious about like termites, and seeing the potential a house can have besides just looking pretty. She literally held my hand during this whole process. she also recommended me to her loaner, who was also very patient and informative throughout the whole process. This home buying process is a rollercoaster and I do not think-actually I know I could have not have done it with her! I will forever be grateful for her and her knowledge. If you are looking for someone who CARES about you and your future, she is definitely the one. I was on a timeline to close before August and we were able to close first week of July! She's amazing! She's literally the best. I would recommend her every time. I am so fortunate that we had the chance to get and get to know each other during this process! Simply put, Norine is the best agent we have ever worked with in our almost 70 years on this planet. We have worked with many realtors all over the USA, as I was a career military Army officer and we were required to move every three years or so. Norine always made time for us and went out of her way to help us every step of the way. She helped us solve complex issues, demonstrating great patience and courtesy at all times. Her knowledge and communication skills are first rate. She went way above and beyond what is normally expected of an agent. She sold our condominium the first day it was listed and sold our million $+ home in less than a month. A super professional agent who is very respectful of everyone in the real estate process.
