My agent was Noriko Dowrey, she was very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was very helpful and straight forward with me on the sale of my home. She is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business. She would respond quickly if I sent her a text message or called her. She was great about guiding me in the right direction for selling my home and had the personal touch I was wanting when it came to hiring a realtor. She never gave up and was very much in my corner. After closing, she solved problems that occurred for a long period. Even with a 14 hour time difference, she would take my calls at any time and address my concerns. Top notch customer service! Would definitely use Noriko Dowrey in the future as my agent.
