I have worked with Noreen Ryan since May. My house closed in September. It was a totallysuccessful experience from beginning to end.Putting my home on the market was stressful and Noreen actually made it pleasant. She worked very hard with me and helped me understand how to proceed step by step and show the house at its best. I moved to Lexington KY June 12 and it continued to be a seamless process. She helped me with finding the best persons to remove trash clean the house wash the windows etc. until the house sparkled.
