We were buying a commercial lot to build our first warehouse building in Texas, US. The most challenging part was that we were not inside US. We selected Noreen Lodhi based on profile we saw online and we were so lucky to have chosen her. She worked very hard to secure a deal for us as she had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. Not only she was sharing with us listing data but also visiting sites on our behalf as well as communication with city authorities to verify permits or any restrictions etc. When we reached to US, everything was done & ready to sign. This was an impossible that was achieved by her 100% dedication and efforts. She was also very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. Anyone looking to purchase commercial or residential would be lucky to work with Noreen.
