After deciding to sell our waterfront lot at SML we looked to family who live at the lake for a realtor reference, The choice was easy after hearing nothing but positive remarks in their dealings with Noreen. From our initial contact to closing we too had an exceptional experience with Noreen. She was knowledgeable, offered insight and all around very easy to work with, she advised us on the best way to market & sell our lot and in the end had a buyer within 3 weeks of listing our lot.
