As a first time home buyer, i was terrified going into this process. when I found norberto on Zillow, i had already met with several realtors who didnt seem to care much about my needs, what i was looking for, and just seemed disconnected. When i first met with Norberto, it was like a breath of fresh air, he listened to what i was looking for, gave me advise, was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding, with that, he gained my trust and respect. He was always willing to accommodate and meet with me after hours when my work schedule fluctuated, he always made sure i felt comfortable with any transaction being made/any information being given to me. Norberto, even put me in contact with my mortage broker, inspector and my lawyer who handled my closing.... they were all amazing. Norberto, worked endlessly to find me the perfect home. I am forever grateful to Norberto for all his efforts. He is not only my realtor, but has become a friend. I could've not asked for anything more. He is truly amazing.
