Nora is a gem. She took on the job even though it was out of her general footprint because she knew how important the sale of my grandparents' home was now that they have both passed away. She gave my family and I great advice for projects to complete in the home that would boost value with minimal cost or effort from us and we ultimately got exactly what we asked for. She also helped us through the inspection process in a way we could not have done on our own. The home was older and, as such, the inspection revealed a number of costly repairs the buyer's wanted done. Nora took charge and negotiated a deal that was satisfactory to all parties. She even hopped in her car and drove to the house, an hour and a half away, during the listing process because one realtor was having an issue unlocking the door. Best of all, she stayed in constant contact every step of the way and made sure we were kept informed and made comfortable at all times. I couldn't be happier with my choice to use Nora for our sale!
