We looked into many realtors but none came close to Nora her wealth of knowledge expertise and kindness was beyond words. When looking for an agent we need somebody who was bilingual. My husbands first language is Spanish and mine is English. This was A big thing we looked for in somebody because we both had little knowledge in the process due to being first time home buyers. Not only was Nora able to translate but she was able to explain it to each of us in our native languages separately. She would make it seem so easy going back-and-forth saying one sentence in Spanish and one in English. All of the other agents we had met with would explain in depth to me and then sum it up in a few sentences to my husband. Nora didn’t do that and instead did it in an exceptional way making it seem like we were all in the same conversation, well I guess we kind of were ! This company should feel extremely lucky to have somebody with that ability on the team. It is easy to mix up and fumble when translating, yet Nora made it look extremely easy but I know how difficult that is. Not only that but Nora has an abundance of knowledge and genuinely showed that she cared and wanted to help get us into a home ( she drove multiple times 50-60 mins to meet us!) Saying she went above and beyond is an understatement. For another example We had a complicated situation to start and some lenders told her we were a waste of time basically. At this point We had no fight left , and just wanted to be done with it all. Nora never gave up hope! she went out and talked with some lenders and found us a wonderful option. We were able to close from start to finish in under three weeks, and put down less money than we originally planned. When we talked to Nora it felt like we were talking to a friend or family.
