Nora Lacampagne, grew up in Piedmont, California as migrated to San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, finally making Lake County one of her favorite places to be. As a single mother Nora has a keen sense of just how important home ownership is when in the year 2000, a Real Estate Agent helped her transition from 25 years living on sailboats, to acquiring her first Single Family Residence in Lake County, California. For this reason, Nora has strived to be the kind of Real Estate Agent, that can share her understanding of the needs of Buyer's and Seller's in making the transition as they move from and/or to property ownership. Ideally, striving to maintain a smooth, fair and equitable transaction for both parties. Successful Real Estate Sales and Acquisitions, not only involves a dedicated Realtor like Nora, but also her ability to enlist client service providers, to assist in the pre-escrow inspection process, rending information so that sound decisions can be made regarding a subject property. Service providers may include, but not limited to; lenders, home inspectors, specialized services, escrow/title companies that have held steadfast in providing quality services and ethical business practices. Nora is a "Boots on The Ground" agent, and not afraid to roll up her sleeves and work hard to make a deal work for everyone.
